Getting Aquainted

First we will collect information from you and assess the project needs, methodologies, information architecture and specific deliverables in context of your audience.

Next we will do some research on your industry and check out the competition.

Setting the Scope

Based on our conversations, we create an estimate with a scalable scope. The estimate provides a summary of items discussed and outlines the work to be done on the project. Associated costs are also provided.

With your agreement to the estimate and initial payment, we can make your project a reality – a production schedule is agreed to and a
Design Kick Off meeting is held.

Kick Off

This crucial meeting addresses the project's aesthetic and tone. The purpose of the meeting is to clarify the conceptual framework of the project and to assign content creation and collection tasks. For example, the initial comps for web design typically require the following to get underway: logo(s), home page content and graphic standards (if applicable).

Content Collection

This is perhaps the client's most difficult deliverable, content will be created from scratch and pulled together from a number of existing sources. It is crucial that clients focus on their content collection deliverables while we are begin designing the visual and UI design.

Magic Happens

Once we have received all content, we create 2 or more design alternatives for your review and selection. Modification completed if needed.

Production

Once you choose a look and the graphical layout of the site has been completed, it's time to flow in content. design review You provide your feedback and we complete revisions.

Testing

With content edits completed, we quality test the final site. Tests are conducted on Mac and PCs in current browser versions unless otherwise specified.

Approval and Delivery

Upon completion of the testing phase, your final review takes place. Once approval is given and final payment is received, all applicable files will be turned over to you in the manner requested (transfer to your web server, sent via email, cd, dvd, etc.).
